Michael Smith has been working in Sales and Operations Planning since 2003. He has experience in Retail Merchandising, Management Consulting, and for the nearly fifteen years has lead Supply Chain Planning teams in the Wine & Spirits industry. Mike has developed best in class tools and reporting that have driven millions of dollars in cost savings and enabled his parters to generate hundreds of millions more in sales. He has served as Director of Demand Planning for Treasury Wine Estates and is currently VP of Supply Chain for Foley Family Wines. Mike has a reputation as a clever problem solver and for being unafraid to roll up his sleeves to get stuff done. He holds a Level III Certification from WSET, a BA in Economics from Brandeis University, and an MBA from the University of Minnesota.
