Mark Wood

Mark Wood has been teaching Talent Management since 2015, in both the Sonoma Executive MBA and Wine Executive MBA programs. Mark is a self-employed consultant, focusing primarily on executive coaching, leadership development and compensation strategy & design. Prior to starting his practice in 2013, he served 9 years as Senior Vice President of HR & Corporate Affairs at BioMarin Pharmaceutical. Prior roles include head of HR for a global IT consulting firm and head of compensation at Genentech.
