Caroline Coleman Bailey is an accomplished business leader with experience in strategic leadership, business development, and marketing communications. She is a third-generation member of a global business family and held senior leadership positions in the business during her eighteen-year career. In 2010, she founded Premier Growth, The Business of Family® that provides services for individuals and families in business together. In addition to serving on the SSU Wine Business Institute Board of Directors, she also serves on the Board of Directors for Gallo and Wine Institute.
